He is survived by: his children, Bill Myers (Betty Jean) of Ocala, FL, Rick Myers (Cheryl) of Brentwood, TN, Teresa Redman (Billy) of Edgewood, KY, Julie Phillips of Bowling Green, KY and David Myers of Boise, ID.; his grandchildren, Christina Herbowy, Brian Myers, Austin Myers, Christopher Myers, Eric Myers, Aaron Anderson, Nicole Anderson, Valerie Phillips, Victoria Hamby, Tracie Johnson and Sara Phillips; and his siblings, Pat Wartsbaugh (Tom), Tom Myers (Delia), Diane Pridemore (Marshall), Susan Bonacorsi (Tony), Ellen Wright (Don) and Reverend Jim Myers.
