She is survived by: her parents, Sinclair Chappell and Shirley Vicks; her children, Shakeithea Tedford, Cassidy Peterson, Daelyn Washington and Demetri Washington; her granddaughter Ariyah Barley; and her siblings, Lacrete Baker-Coleman (Kenneth), Cynthia Vicks, Eric Chappell (Jamie), Rhonda Chappell and Aaron Chappell. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
