It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Howard Flanders Sr. of Ocala, Florida, who passed away on February 11, 2025, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Austin Flanders and Hazel Flanders; and his wife Elizabeth J. Flanders. He is survived by: his children, Diana Lynn Goldsmith, Robert Flanders, Jr. and Loretta Muller; his grandchildren, Robin Goldsmith, Carrie Hale, Gina Hazelwood, David Simons and Jessica Flanders; his great grandchildren, Matthew, Clayton, Ashlynn Hazelwood, Randi Walker, Akicita and Kimmimela Hale; and his close friend Dorothy Whelpley.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Ocala Funerals (6241 SW State Rd 200, Ocala, FL 34476).
