With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard M. Cummings (Ocala, Florida), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 3, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Richard may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Richard touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Kristina Lynn. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Cummings of Ocala, FL; his son Richard Cummings (Julie) of Erial, NJ.; his sister Linda Knapp of Atco, NJ; and his granddaughters, Alexandria and Kaleigh. He is also survived by nephews along with a host of friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made in his memory to Tunnels to Towers. Honor Richard Cummings's memory by donating to a cause they cared about.
