It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Amedee Chazal of Ocala, Florida, who passed away on July 7, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Marjorie; his parents, Charles P. Chazal and Hester Dewey Chazal; his sisters, Mary (Keenan), Jeanne and Hester (Polly Mundee); and his grandson Nathanael Leibee.

He is survived by: his children, Dr. Richard A. Chazal, Jr. (Linda), Charles P. Chazal, III (Mary) and Helen Chazal Leibee (Rick). He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; and twenty-seven great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Marion County Hospice or Brother's Keepers.
