She was predeceased by: her parents, David Isaacs and Catherine Isaacs of Jamaica; her husband Harold Fraser; her children, Anthony Purcell and Caswell Fraser; and her siblings, Elouise Parker, Evelyne, Alfreda Isaacs, Cyrus, Paul and Raphael Isaacs.
She is survived by: her daughter Carole Palmer (Relford Palmer) of Norwalk, CT; her stepson Hector Fraser; her daughter-in-law Marva Fraser; and her grandchildren, Rohan, Bryan, Andrew, Francine, Camille, Judith, Relford W. II (RS), Andrine, Marica, Camar and Aesha. She is also survived by great grands, nieces, and nephews.
