She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Meade and Cora Mae Powell; and her husband Howard Alexander. She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Alexander (Janice), Sammie Alexander, Howard Alexander Jr., Patricia Alexander, Sheila McGill (Kenneth), Cora Mae Alexander and Paul Alexander; and her siblings, Laura Mae Daniels, Emma Stowers, Ida Mae MacKay and Willie Lee Powell. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Faith Fellowship (5066 SE 64th Ave Rd, Ocala, FL 34472). PLEASE AT THE REQUEST OF THE FAMILY, SOCIAL DISTANCING WILL BE PRACTICED AND WEARING A MASK IS MANDATORY.
