She was predeceased by: her siblings, Sim Kemp Jr. and Gloria Jean Kemp; her uncle Willie Lee Peterkin; her aunt Mamie Lou Rachel; her nephew Curtis Kemp; and her stepson Tyrone Coney.
She is survived by: her husband Nathaniel Coney; her children, Tesa Hunter (Tommy) and Tyesha Gant; her brothers, Willie B. Kemp (Elizabeth) of Orlando and Charlie B. Kemp (Lois) of Kansas City, MO; her grandchildren, Jeffery Coney of Weirsdale, Joseph Hunter, Jr. of Weirsdale and Eboni Hunter of Macon, GA; her uncle Curtis Peterkin of Mt. Claire, FL; her nieces, Alicia Nunn (Burdette) of Leesburg and Sharon Mitchell of Jacksonville; her nephew Robert Brown; her cousin Blanche Tisdale of Leesburg; and also Sequita Kemp of Jacksonville. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
