Though Loretta Mildred may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Loretta Mildred leaves behind.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank Reynolds and Lomie Reynolds; and her siblings, Juanita Maloney, Catherine Knight, Tommy, Leslie and Donald Reynolds.

She is survived by : her husband James "Buddy" Polk; her son John Polk; and her sister Juanell Sealey. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, June 17th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ocala Downtown Chapel (606 SW 2nd Ave, Ocala, FL 34471). A funeral service was held on Monday, June 17th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, June 17th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Forest Lawn Memory Gardens (5740 S Pine Ave, Ocala, FL 34480).
