He is survived by: his wife Susan R. Cooney; his children, Dr. John R. Stechschulte (Jodi) of Columbus, OH, Thomas E. Stechschulte of Frisco, CO, Dr. Mark Stechschulte (Elizabeth) of Columbus, OH, Susan S. Roberts (Christopher) of Findlay, OH, Ann M. Meyers (late Stephen) of Ocala, FL, Mary Ellen Rowan (Robert III) of Louisville, KY and Sarah Gallant (Jeffrey) of Boulder, CO; and his grandchildren, Lisa Lowe (Adam), Dr. John L. Stechschulte (Elizabeth), Lynn Stechschulte, Dr. Paul Stechschulte (Allison), Lauren Stechschulte, Dr. Brian Roberts (Tegan), Sarah Zerr (Major Greg), Jennifer Kelleher (Matthew), Emily Rowan, Davis Rowan (Carly), Mark W. Stechschulte, Ben Stechschulte, Julia Gallant, Daniel Gallant and Carly Gallant. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
