He is survived by: his wife Tonya Kegley; his sons, John Kegley, Jr. (Lexis) and Jeremy Paige (Erin); his grandchildren, John Kegley, III, Jeremy Joseph, Kaily, Makayla, Claire, Paige, Autumn and Brooke; and his sisters, Cindy Garrow (Andy) and Cathy Grizzard.
