He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Dayton Holtzberger and Sherry Lee "Poland" Holtzberger; his wife Donna Kay Holtzberger; his sister Teresa Detrick; his grandchildren, Kaleb Patrick Eugene Holtzberger and Mackenzie Joyce Moody; and his niece Lacey.
He is survived by: his children, Derrick, Courtney Seymour (J. J.) and Erin Eiland (Bobby); his stepdaughters, Anna and Connie; his sisters, Kathy Bash (David) of Kenton and Lori Rader (Mark) of Lima; and his caregiver Corsia "Corky" Hartloff of Dunnellon, FL. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and many friends.
