He is survived by: his parents, James Timothy Lusher and Tamara Richardson Tomeo; his fiancée Renee Wolan; his sons, James Holden Lusher and Landon Wolan; his brothers, Joseph "Cody" Lusher and Timothy "Kyle" Lusher (Cassi); his stepbrothers, Rocco Tomeo (Tasha) and Joseph Tomeo; and his grandparents, Frank, Shirley Lusher, Patsy Brabeau, Danny and Sherlene Richardson.
