He was predeceased by: his father Albert Cunningham; his wife June Mitchell Cunningham; and his siblings, Arlene Burkeen, Pauline Buchanan, Garnett Cunningham, Roy Cunningham and W. A. Cunningham (Dub).
He is survived by: his children, Linda Taylor (Norm) of Ocala, Florida, Allen Cunningham (Julia) of Davie and Guy Mitchell Cunningham (Mary Carol) of Sharon, Pennsylvania; his grandchildren, Christopher Cunningham (Hilary), Kayla Staley (Caleb) and Alex Cunningham; and his great grandchildren, Cooper Cunningham, Owen Staley, Evan Staley and Aiden Staley.
