He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude McCluer and Patricia Cosgrove; his parents-in-law, Jeff and Delane Heath; his sister Judy Southwell; his sister-in-law Kay Mandrell; his daughter Shannon Baier; and his granddaughter Jessika Baier.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his children, Stacey McCluer (Tony), Michelle Baier, Kelly Smith (Terry) and Stefan Baier (Courtney); his grandchildren, Brittany, Kaitlyn (Chris), Savannah (Trip), Bailey, Conner, Maria, Stefan, Caroline, Danny, Luke (Michelle) and Jacob (Laura); his great grandchildren, Parker, Jaxson, Brooklyn and Declan; and his siblings, Mary (Randy), Debbie, Kathy (Gary), Joe (Pam) and John (Sheila). He is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews.
