With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Geneva Ann Presley in Ocala, Florida, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 3, 2025 at the age of 82. She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Johnson and Idell Johnson; and her siblings, Leola Mendez, Willeen Johnson, William Duncan and Tony Duncan.
She is survived by: her children, Jonathan Harris (Betty) of Quincey, FL, Joseph L. Harris (Angela) of Gainesville, FL., Jennifer Holmes (John) of Alachua, FL, Kathy Walls (Larry) of Ocala, FL and LaSchanze Harris of Gainesville, FL.; her siblings, Mary Horne of Lakeland, FL, Ella Hill of Alachua, FL, Linda Harvey of Hainesworth, FL, Dollie Johnson of Hawthorne, FL, Sharon Porter (James) of Alachua, FL., David Johnson (Cheryl), Killeen and Frankie Duncan of Alachua, FL.; and her brother-in-law Joe Mendez of Kankakee, IL. She is also survived by Twenty grandchildren forty-one great grandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Sellers Funeral Home, Inc. (440 SW Broadway St, Ocala, FL 34475). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Jerusalem Church of God (1230 NE 156th Ave, Gainesville, FL 32609).
