He was predeceased by: his parents, George Stephens and Geraldine McCall Stephens. He is survived by: his wife Angela Carey Stephens of Ocala; his children, Sara, Noah, Sophia and Owen Stephens; his mother-in-law Phyllis Carey of Weirsdale; and his siblings-in-law, Brent Thompson of Coal Grove, Joseph "Tony" Blevins of Weirsdale, Jolyna Meadows (Brian) of Ocala and Tonya Vickery (Jared) of Ocala. He is also survived by 6 nieces and 6 nephews, aunts, uncles, extended family.
