She was predeceased by: her parents, Talmadge Wilson and Olivia Wilson (Cole); her husband Thomas E. Gambill, Jr. of Stow, OH.; her son Gene T. Gambill; and her sisters, Thelma E. Davis and Sarah Thompson.

She is survived by: her sons, Ronald Gambill (Ilse) of Land and Stephen Gambill (Bethany) of Ocala, FL; her daughter-in-law Terri Gambill of Broadview Heights, OH; and her grandchildren, Sylvia, Christopher, Andrea, Sarah, Michael, Matthew, Nancy and Jackie Christman (Scott) of Sumter, SC. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, 3 step great great grandchildren.

Donations in Dorothy's name can be made to Hospice of Marion County.
