She is survived by: her significant other Melinda Wood; her children, Michelle Kugler (Nick), John Kugler Jr. (Jaime) and Justin Wood; her brother Bruce Ducksworth; her grandchildren, Destiny Summers, Daisha Summers, Nicky Summers Jr., Caden Kugler, Brantley Kugler, Jewels Kugler and Jordan Ballard; her nieces, Amanda Ducksworth and Vanessa Ducksworth; and her nephew Daniel Besu.
