He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Austin Ray Hicks and Dorothy Phillips Hicks; his wife Dorothy Alice; his children, Terry Lee Hicks and Martha "Marty" Lela Nottingham (Steve); his grandson Sean Steven Nottingham (Hannah); his siblings, Myra Thompson (Bob) and Dennis "Wayne" Hicks (Laura); his son Anthony "Tony" Ray Hicks; his daughter-in-law Kelly; and his siblings, Judith "Judy" and James "Jimmy" Hicks.
