He was predeceased by: his grandmother Geneva "Lynn" Currey; and his great-grandparents, Harry and Mary Dupree. He is survived by: his parents, Teresa Perkins and Mitchell Perkins; his brother David Eash (Heidi); his stepsister Sarah Perkins; his nieces, Natalee and Katie Eash; his nephew Logan Eash; and his grandfather Jackie Currey. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
