Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Charles Norman Vowinkel of Ocala, Florida, born in Buffalo, New York, who passed away, on August 15, 2021. He is survived by: his siblings, Russell and Carol; his wife Mary Ellen; his daughter Michele (Peter); and his grandsons, John and Paul (Kristi). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be made to a local hospice of your choice or a local cancer society of your choice.
