He is survived by: his parents, Charles Wesley Hand and Libby Burkhalter Hand; his sisters, Lorrie Pharmer (Jim Pharmer) and Leslie Wise (EJ Wise); his nephews, Weston, Landon Wise and Griffin Pharmer; and his niece Becky Pharmer.
A celebration of life will be held at a late date when we are all free of the coronavirus that took his life.
