He was predeceased by: his parents, Jonathan Pitter and Florence Henry Pitter; and his siblings, Louise Pitter, Stanley Pitter, Maud Pitter, Claude Pitter and Egbert Pitter.
He is survived by: his wife Mavis Pitter; his children, Jean Pitter, Hugh Pitter and Winston Pitter; and his grandchildren, Duane, Brian, Tamara Sinclair and Jelani.
