It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Illies of Ocala, Florida, who passed away on August 3, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Otis Billington and Verna Billington (Elliott); her children, Darren Pratt (Melita) of Altus, OK, Brian Pratt (Sharon) of Monterey, TN, Allen Pratt (Maura) of Panama City, FL, Michael Illies of Chandler, AZ, Stephen Illies of Scottsdale, AZ and Elizabeth Miller (Joe) of Gilbert, AZ; her niece Gina O'Bannon of Jarrell, TX.; her husband Jerome "Jerry" Illies; and her sisters, Karen, Sharon Billington and Janice Billington. She was also cherished by animal lover, who loved her cats and dogs as if they were her own children.

Memorial Mass on Wednesday, August 11, 2021, at Blessed Trinity Catholic Church at 1:30 P.M. Family recommends memorial contributions to Ocala Humane Society, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Wounded Warrior Project, The Independent Fund or your favorite veteran's organization.
