Franklin; her goddaughter Tatianna Smith (Eric McCullough); and her siblings, Josephine "Maphine" Medlock, Nita Brown (Stevie), Johnnie Brannon (Dot), Anthony Starling (Diane) and Henry L. Simmons (Joan). She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
