We bid farewell to Barbara J. Fowler (Ocala, Florida), born in Memphis, Tennessee, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on August 26, 2024 at the age of 80. Barbara touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Fowler; and her mother Rose Aileen Webber. She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Fowler (Debbie) of Ocala and Karen Elfers (James) of Summerfield, Florida.; her siblings, Jim Brillhart (Cindy) of Hawthorne, Florida and Rosemary Van Tassel (Dan Phillips) of Hilliard, Florida.; her grandchildren, Crystal McCullough (Kenny), Scott Ward (Jamie), Leah Reichmuth (Nick) and Jenna Elfers; and her great grandchildren, Connor, Cooper, Logan, Mikaela and Lily.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 7th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Has Provided Compassionate and Comprehensive Funeral Services (1885, Hiers-Baxley, Ocala).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Hospice of Marion County, whose care and compassion made a significant difference in Barbara's final days.
