He is survived by: his wife Janice Marlene Hauk; his daughters, Cheryl Ramsey (Gary) of Shelbyville and Kelly Carlton (Bruce) of Morristown; his sister Joyce Ann Crull of Fishers; and his grandchildren, Bruce Ramsey (Heather), Melia Rude (Nathan) and Chelsy White (Adam). He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
