He is survived by: his wife Shirley Higbie of Ocala, FL; his sister Muriel Savery (William) of Hollywood, FL; his children, Arthur D. Higbie (Marsha) of Ocala, FL, Donna Watson (Cleve) of Ocala, FL., Brenda Redd of Ocala, FL, Brett Higbie (Kathy) of Ocala, FL and Robert Higbie of Ocala, FL; and his stepchildren, Claudia Setty of Ocala, FL, Mark Martin of Belleview, FL and Dixie Martin of Las Cruces, NM. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren.
