She is survived by: her husband William Kelly; her children, Charlotte Newell (William) and James Edward Bass; her siblings, Peggy Mobley (Earl) and Lamar Smith; and her grandchildren, Jamy, Brad, Robbie, Brandy, Juliet, Laura, Katherine and Billy. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
