He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Ann Barnett; his son Bob Barnett; and his brother Ray Randal Fennel. He is survived by: his children, Denise Barnett of O'Brien, FL, Diane Pollard and Wade Barnett of O'Brien, FL; and his sisters, Betty David of Jacksonville, FL and Marilyn Frampton. He is also survived by five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
