She was predeceased by: her parents, Basil Paul and Marie Theresa Streeter; her husband John Smehil; her children, John Eric Smehil and Patricia Svajgert; and her son-in-law Matthew Svajgert.
She is survived by: her children, Dean Smehil (Joan) of Live Oak, FL, Judith Nelson (Charles W.) of Palm Harbor, FL and Penny Wren (Danny) of Tampa, FL. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, twenty-nine great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
