He was predeceased by: his daughter Cathy Copeland; and his brother Richard Houben. He is survived by: his children, Tina Houben Branvold, Carl Houben, Jr. (Judy) and Terry Houben (Tina); and his siblings, Connie Eaton of Eustis, FL, Cindy Moscato and Gene Houben of Eustis, FL. He is also survived by six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
