She was predeceased by: her parents, Virginia Lawrence Gatewood and Ainsworth Dudley Gatewood. She is survived by: her husband Ward P. Britt of Winter Garden; her daughters, Muffet Britt Young (David Young), Heidi Britt and Geegee Britt Burmeister (Craig Burmeister); her grandchildren, Erin Bailey Hoover, Zachary Bailey, Delaney Young and Addison Young; her great grandchild Arden Bailey Hoover; and her sister Gretchen Shuman.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Bloom & Grow Garden Society or the Winter Garden Heritage Foundation.
