She was predeceased by: her siblings, James, John, Marvin, Edna and Fred; and her son Glenn.
She is survived by: her husband Randle L. Bennett (Ray); and her children, Brenda S. (Matt), Chuck (Evelyn) and Randy (Barbara). She is also survived by many Grandchildren, Great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Ever the planner, Hazel had looked ahead to her passing and requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be sent to Edgewood Children's Ranch, a local non-profit that she had supported over the years.
