He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Dow and Margaret Flaherty; and his wife Jean Kara. He is survived by: his friend Tom; his children, Thomas Dow (Lynn) and Tara Dow-Hawkins (Brendan); and his grandchildren, Tara, Kathleen, Madeleine and Brendan.
