He was predeceased by: his brother Frederick McKendry, II; his parents, Frederick McKendry Maddock and Dolores "Dee" Ellison; his stepfather Eugene "Gene" Ellison; and his stepsiblings, Patrick Ellison (Betty), Eugene John "John" Ellison (Kathy), Susie DeGrandchamp and Kathy Hope.
He is survived by: his sister Julie Bade (Michael); and his stepsiblings, Linda Astemborski (Henry), Rick Ellison (Debbie) and Dan Ellison (Debbie). He is also survived by many nieces; nephews and a loving, extended family.
