He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick C Wheeler and Jean Etta Wheeler (Baldwin). He is survived by: his wife Srhonda "Jody" Wheeler (Henderson); his children, Richard "Ricky" Wheeler, Dawn Richelle Lee (Stuart Lee) and Randon Wheeler; his sister Anita Baker (Larry); his grandchildren, Bradley Wheeler, Brianna Wheeler, Ashtyn Ferreira (Justin Ferreira), Tristyn Lee and Jordyn Lee; and his great grandchildren, Bristyl and Paityn Ferreira.
