He was predeceased by: his parents, James Clarence and Annie Louise Coleman Walters; his wife Whitney; and his brother Joey Walters. He is survived by: his daughters, Gwen Reeves (Allen) of Oak Hill and Keeley Walters of Edgewater; his grandsons, Spencer Reeves of Oak Hill and Harrison Reeves of Oak Hill; and his sister Janet Wright of Virginia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
