It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of George Monaghan of North Redington Beach, Florida, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 31, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John J. Monaghan and Regina M. Monaghan (Dackert); his wife Margaret Monaghan (Marquis); his children, Bernadette Norus (Kevin) of Tampa, FL and Shawn Monaghan of Raleigh, NC.; his brother John J. Monaghan of Mount Dora, FL; his grandchildren, Ashley Norus, Meaghan Norus, Emma Norus, Everett Monaghan and Laura James Monaghan; and his grandfather George S. Monaghan. He was also cherished by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
