She was predeceased by: her parents, Emma Kaczmark (Shiffer) and Frank Kaczmark Sr. of Goshen, NY.. She is survived by: her children, Michael of Albion, NY and Pandora. She is also survived by grandchildren, & (5) great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be to the St John's RC Church in Goshen NY or your local SPCA.
