He is survived by: his wife Barbara Susan Carnes Buzard; his daughter Julie Cay Buzard (Carol Taylor) of Grove City, Ohio; his in-laws, Wayne Carnes and Judi Anselmo; his friends, Sue Davis, Joanne Garwood, Carol Waters, Denise Boldman and Tasha Garcia; and his caregiver Tracy Whiteaker. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
