He was predeceased by: his father Robert Leroy Houck. He is survived by: his mother Minnie Belle Houck (Barker); his wife LouAnn Houck (Shepp); his son Russell Leroy Houck (Susan) of Jarrettsville, MD.; and his siblings, Jeffery Houck (Tammie) of Conowingo, MD and Susan Gorhan of Street, MD..
