He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady G. Beard, Sr. and Sammie Beard Koon. He is survived by: his son Adam Beard (Lauren) of North Port; his sister Dr. Barbara Beard of Texas; his aunt Sandra Martindale of Pope, MS; and his uncle Jimmie Martin of Texas. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
