It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gala Joyce Erickson of North Port, Florida, born in Boyne Falls, Michigan, who passed away on October 1, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Orne Fraley and Gertrude Fraley (Crawford). She is survived by: her daughters, Evelyn Erickson Hrncir, Teresa Erickson Holloway (Richard) and Cheryl Erickson Prusakiewicz (Larry); her grandchildren, Jason Madrid (Angel), A. Nicole Madrid Johnson, Adam Prusakiewicz (Becky), Laura Prusakiewicz Woods (Ryan) and Gary Hrncir (Heidi); her great grandchildren, Natalie Johnson, Byron Johnson, Connor Prusakiewicz and Joshua Prusakiewicz; her sisters, Audrey Ostrander (Robert) and Donna Cooper (Neil); and her siblings-in-law, Ronald Erickson (Ardy) and Ellen Erickson Sugarbaker. She is also survived by Many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and cousins.
