She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Haponski and Julia Haponski (Przybylski); and her husband Richard Carvill. She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Sullivan (Robert) and Wendy Shafer (Michael); her granddaughters, Stephanie Bugaj (Ben Melita), Melanie Salvione (Louis), Amy Batty (Mark), Lori Reichel (Scott) and Lisa Gennett (Steve); her great grandchildren, Ashley, Hailey, Marissa, Andrew, Matthew, Alexandra, Olivia and Mikey; her great great grandchild Briell; and her sisters, Joan Grasso and Jacqueline Mead. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
