He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin W. Downer, Sr. and Gladys V. Downer (Koontz); and his wife Dorothy Mae Downer. He is survived by: his sons, David A. Downer, Don A. Downer (Audrey) and Dan A. Downer (Michele); his grandchildren, Dan Jr., Dawn, Cody, Chad and Kyle; and his sister Betty Walter. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
