He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, May Flanagan and Walter Flanagan; his wife Ruth MacHardy Flanagan; his children, Laurie and Timothy; and his siblings, Michael (Kathy), Richard (Nancy) of Hiltonhead Island and Patricia Shebell (Thomas). He was also cherished by 4 grandchildren, 2 great granddaughters.
