Acosta MD; her siblings, Mauri Magaly Enriquez and Pedro D. Enriquez; her siblings-in-law, Jose Levy and Mercedes Lamelas; her children, Lizet A. Guildford (James Guildford, MD), Roberto J. Acosta, MD (Ellen) and Edward J. Acosta (Barbara); her grandchildren, Mary E. Stride, MD, Alexandra M, Stephanie A. Acosta, Katherine A. Hosinski, MD (Patrick Hosinski), Samantha E. Guildford, Elizabeth L. Acosta, Andrew J. Guildford, Margaret G. Acosta, Natalie J. Acosta, Jake E. Acosta and Kyle J. Acosta; and her great grandchildren, Martha A. Hosinski and Elizabeth P. Stride. She is also survived by mother, sister, friend, and the strength of her extended family.
