It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rufus Wilson Sheperd Jr. of North Palm Beach, Florida, born in Montgomery, Alabama, who passed away on March 18, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Martha Clyde Atkins; and his parents, Myra Harrison and Rufus, Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Bradley Shepherd, Sydney Brooks and Jeffrey Shepherd; his grandchildren, Scot, Alex, Michael, Kelsey, Callie, Nicholas and Laura; his nieces, Susan and Cathy; and his great grandchildren, Hayden, Liam, Nixon, Margot and Wyatt.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and/or First Presbyterian Church in North Palm Beach, FL in memory of Bill and Martha Shepherd.
